We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and provide the information or service you requested
• Contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry or related real estate services
• Maintain records of our communications with you in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Understand how visitors use the Site, and improve its content and performance
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Who We Share Information With

We share information with a limited number of service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to inquiries:

• Follow Up Boss — the customer relationship management (CRM) platform we use to track and respond to leads. Form submissions are routed to Follow Up Boss via an automated workflow (Zapier).
• Zapier — the automation service that securely passes form submissions from this Site to our CRM.
• Google (Google Ads & Google Analytics) — used to measure site traffic and the performance of our advertising. See below for more on how Google uses this data.
• First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) — property search and listing information displayed on this Site is provided directly by FMLS through an embedded search tool. When you interact with that embedded search, you may also be subject to FMLS's own privacy practices.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business or others.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

This Site uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure advertising performance. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, device type, pages visited, and actions taken on the Site (like submitting a form).
