Jon Dabney founded The Delta Real Estate Team to give Atlanta buyers and sellers something the market rarely delivers: a straight-talking professional who treats every transaction with the care and urgency of his own. As Broker and Team Lead, Jon is hands-on from the first conversation to the closing table, ensuring every client receives the highest level of guidance, protection, and strategy.

A Georgia native and REALTOR®, Jon serves metro Atlanta as Division President and Principal Broker with The Jason Mitchell Group while leading The Delta Real Estate Team with a commitment to excellence, transparency, and client-first service. His approach blends deep local expertise with the structure and reach of a national brokerage — creating a client experience that is both personal and powerful.

Jon is also a proud father to his daughter, Vivian, who inspires his drive, his work ethic, and his belief in building a legacy rooted in integrity. When he's not helping clients find their next home, you'll likely find him outdoors — hiking, fishing, or camping with his wife, Shelby — usually with a camera in hand capturing the moments in between.
